Kim Kardashianthe sex-pot - 26-year old step-daughter of plastic surgery addict Bruce Jenner .

Her bottom does appear to jut out unnaturally.

It is now quite a common plastic surgery proceedure. It is created by the surgeon creating a pocket large enough to insert the implants. It’s done either under the gluteus maximus muscle - or on top of it.

She’s also had her breasts augmented and a nose job - as you can see when she was a teenager she had quite a bell shaped bulbous nose…

Am I just speaking crazy talk?

Is it just me? or does Heather Mills bear a striking resemblance to our four legged friend?

Ok ok, it’s not a perfect comparison - Heather has had some plastic surgery - but I think we are fairly close.

Heather the horse has a great set of choppers (teeth) and a long running nose.

She must have spent a bit on plastic surgery but I don’t think it’s as much as some Hollywood actresses.

Some people have said that she looks like a very unattractive transsexual!!! I think that’s very rude, how could anyone make that kind of comparison.

Even is she had certain plastic surgery procedures, like a Forehead Lift, Liposuction, Neck Lift, maybe a little Reconstructive Surgery, a dose of Botox and couple of calf implants… there’s no way she would look in the slightest like a transsexual.

After the amount of work plastic surgery work that Courtney got done - including a nose job, rhinoplasty and cheek work - she made a promise to herself to have no more work until she was into her 60’s, or unless she medically needed one.

I say ‘once and addict always an addict’ and sure enough she proved me correct. She wanted her face to look more “Natural” she said her current nose and lip jobs did not really fit her face - the nose was too small and the lips too big - way out of proportion.

So she underwent a rhinoplasty to correct two previous nose jobs, in France.

She said ‘I hated that nosejobby nose, it was like a little beak’

There’s no way in hell that Halle Berry would have secured a lucrative contact with Revlon if she had not done something about the broad wide nose she had back in the day.

That was back in 1986, from this image you can clearly see the narrowing of her nose by way or a rinoplasty.

Her once bulbous nose now looks more defined and noble.

When questioned about whether she’s had plastic surger she said -     “No, I haven’t. But that’s one thing I’ll never say never about, because I don’t know.”

Did you know that Rhinoplasty is the name for a plastic surgery known as nose job: “Rhinos” in Greek meaning “nose” and “plastikos” means “changing form”.

As seen here it can dramatically improve your looks. It can add softness and harmony to your face. But don’t go looking into getting one too soon - just have a look a t a few celebrities that have had it call on pear shaped… Like Farrah Fawcett  eeeuww!!!!

Looking for the B and F on these pix, Fergie has definitely got a case to answer when looking at her snoz, oh yeah, she’s had some nip tuck action on that puppy.
She has also got a boob job - breast augmentation

The technical term is a osteotomy - a fracture made in nasal bones to reduce the width of the nose, it works by nasal bones are cut and moved inward.

The nose often gets shorter when it is thinned like in the pic, or when a bump is taken off.

And looking at her brows they are also excessively arched.

Looks like she has also got a hit if crystal meth - oops - back to the story - I mean Botox.

Farrah Fawcett is surely looking to unseat the poster child of plastic surgery that Jocelyn Wildenstein. If so she will hold the crowning glory of the scariest celebrity alive.

She has definitely had a bad plastic surgery run that could rival Michael Jackson, ok..ok… maybe I’ve gone a little too far here, but it has to be said that she is certainly headed in that direction.

Her nose is lopsided and her eyes are now cat-like which are very tilted up at the corner.

Now let’s get a few things straight - when Jane Seymour was young she was a hottie. When Jane Seymour was old she was still a hottie. Not many of us would have said she was ever hit with the ugly stick so why the need for surgery? The age-monster had been treating her pretty well.

In fact we had no idea.

Well in hindsight when you look at the before and after pictures, it seems a little obvious, but even we have to admit that it isn’t a bad job at all.

Seems that Owen Wilson also admires the fine work.
